Set of 5 Lavabo Towels, White Cotton

At Mass, this set of 5 lavabo towels is used by the priest in the lavabo rite to dry his hands after washing them.

Use of the Lavabo Towel at Mass

During the rite, the priest washes his hands after preparing the gifts and then dries them with the towel. The liturgical towel, also known as a lavabo towel, is a practical part of sacristy equipment and may be used as part of an altar linen set.

A set of 5 is a practical solution for parishes, churches, chapels, religious orders, and sacristies, providing an appropriate supply of towels for subsequent liturgical celebrations.

White Color and Altar Linen Set

The classic white color and simple, attractive form allow the towels to coordinate with other elements of the altar linen set and altar furnishings.

One edge has a subtle white wavy border, giving the towels a delicate, neat appearance. There are no additional embellishments. Their simple design gives them a versatile character, so the set can be used during all celebrations throughout the liturgical year, regardless of the nature of a particular celebration.
