Use in Marian celebrations
It is used for Marian celebrations, including solemnities, feasts, and memorials, as well as for devotions held in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Marian chasuble and its crowned monogram
The central decorative motif is an embroidered monogram of the Blessed Virgin Mary, worked in silver thread and topped with an ornamental crown. This carefully made embroidery emphasizes the Marian character of the chasuble and gives it a solemn appearance.
The chasuble is ecru, a shade used as liturgical white. A wide navy velvet orphrey runs down the center, creating a distinct contrast with the ecru fabric and giving the whole piece an elegant appearance. Delicate silver trim works harmoniously with the embroidery and provides a subtle finish.
Gothic cut, collar, length and stole
The chasuble has a classic Gothic cut with a stand-up collar. Its wide sleeves fall freely and provide comfort during the celebration of the liturgy. A matching stole is included in the set.
